Our Projects Kings Highway Parking Field s– Multi-site commercial development in a regional shopping area of southern Brooklyn. Our services included extensive traffic and transit analysis and mitigation, socioeconomic assessment, and urban design studies. 125 East 28th Street Parking – Garage Attended parking garage on Manhattan’s East Side. In addition to conducting environmental review and traffic assessment, we presented the project at all public forums, gaining approval at the community board, borough president, and city planning commission levels. 106 Mott Street – Mixed-Use Development Mixed-use building with commercial base, upper-level residences, and below-grade public parking. The project is located in Little Italy, where street and sidewalk congestion, a distinct neighborhood character, and special zoning district regulations required careful assessment. Warwick Fairgrounds – Mobile-source air quality analysis for a commercial development in a semi-rural area of Orange County, New York. 20 Maiden Lane – Height and setback variances to allow for development of a hotel in lower Manhattan on an irregularly-shaped parcel. Issues included the many surrounding buildings of architectural significance, and the relationship of the building’s bulk to the narrow, irregular street pattern of lower Manhattan. Eagle Electric Building – Residential conversion of former factory loft building in Astoria, Queens. Services included traffic and transit analysis, as well as shadow and urban design studies addressing project’s proximity to Astoria Park’s historic swimming pool.
